At AYLINAS, we believe every learning adventure deserves a wonderful beginning! We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your little learner receives something truly special.

📦 1. Standard Orders — Ready-to-Ship Products

For products that are available in stock, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are processed during our regular business days, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping provider.
Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
You will receive a shipping update when your order has been dispatched, where applicable.

Please note: Processing and dispatch times are separate from courier delivery times.

✨ 2. Pre-Orders & Customized Products

Some AYLINAS products are specially prepared, produced, or personalized after an order has been placed.

All pre-order and customized products require approximately 10–15 days to be prepared and SHIPPED.

IMPORTANT: The 10–15-day timeframe refers to dispatch from AYLINAS, NOT delivery to your address.

This means:

Production and preparation may take approximately 10–15 days.
Your order will be handed over to our shipping partner once it is ready.
Delivery by the courier will take additional time, depending on your location.
Public holidays, production requirements, or unforeseen circumstances may affect dispatch dates.

🚚 3. Delivery Across Egypt

AYLINAS ships to supported locations throughout Egypt.

Delivery times may vary according to:

Your governorate and delivery address.
Courier coverage and operating schedules.
Public holidays and peak shopping periods.
Unexpected transportation or logistical delays.

Any estimated delivery date is provided for guidance and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

🎁 4. Orders Containing Multiple Products

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order or customized products, the items may be shipped together once the entire order is ready.

Separate shipments may be arranged where available and may involve additional delivery charges, which will be communicated before confirmation.

📍 5. Shipping Address & Contact Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order.

This includes:

Full name.
Active phone number.
Complete street address, building details, and governorate.
Any additional information needed by the courier.

AYLINAS is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

📬 6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to complete delivery because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the order may be returned or require rescheduling.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery where permitted by applicable law.
