Please read our return, exchange, and refund conditions below.
For eligible, ready-to-ship products, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection laws.
For a product to qualify for a return where its condition is relevant:
It should remain in its original condition.
It should not have been damaged or altered by the customer.
All included components, cards, and accessories should be returned.
The original packaging should be included where possible.
Proof of purchase or an order number should be provided.
Products that are used, damaged, incomplete, or materially altered by the customer may be ineligible for a discretionary return, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Please note: Certain products are legally exempt from change-of-mind returns due to their nature, packaging, customization, or other conditions established by law.
Some AYLINAS products are produced on demand or specially customized according to an individual customer's requirements.
Customized or personalized products made to specifications selected by the customer are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds when supplied correctly and in accordance with the agreed specifications, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For pre-order products:
Orders that are individually customized or manufactured to customer-specified requirements are subject to the same restrictions where legally applicable.
Standard products purchased through pre-order are subject to applicable statutory cancellation, return, and refund rights.
A product being labeled “Pre-Order” does not, by itself, eliminate statutory consumer rights.
IMPORTANT: These restrictions do not affect your legal rights if a product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the agreed specifications.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, specifications, quantities, and personalization details carefully before placing an order.
We carefully inspect our products before dispatch, but if something goes wrong, we want to make it right.
If your order arrives:
Damaged or defective.
With an incorrect product.
With missing components or flashcards.
Materially different from what was ordered.
Please contact us at info@aylinas.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos where possible.
Under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws, customers generally have 30 days from receipt to request a return or replacement for defective goods.
Where a valid defect or fulfillment error is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other legally required remedy without additional cost to the customer.

Explain whether you are requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Attach supporting photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before arranging a return shipment so we can give you the appropriate instructions.
Contacting AYLINAS does not reduce any legally applicable return period.
Once a return or refund request has been approved, we will arrange the applicable refund in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection laws.
Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method where available and legally required.
Any alternative refund arrangement will be communicated to the customer.
Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
Refunds for defective products will be handled within the legally required timeframe.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers will not be charged return costs where prohibited by law.
Subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws, the following products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns:
Products made to customer-selected specifications that correctly match those specifications.
Personalized or customized educational materials.
Products that cannot be restored to their original condition due to their nature or legally relevant packaging requirements.
Products damaged or altered through customer misuse.
Books and other educational publications where the relevant statutory exclusion applies.
These exclusions do not remove statutory remedies for defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
Certain AYLINAS educational products may include QR-enabled audio learning experiences or access to digital educational content.
Please keep activation information, QR codes, and access details secure.
Any returns or refunds involving digital content, activated access, or educational materials will be assessed according to the product's nature, the applicable legal exclusions, and mandatory consumer rights.
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, please contact us to discuss available options.
Any reshipping charges or deductions will only apply where permitted by law and clearly communicated to the customer.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory consumer rights under Egyptian law.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than the terms stated here, the law will prevail.
